Union City budget meeting was held at the Early Childhood Education Center at 22nd St in Union City. Mayor Brian Stack received a number of questions from residents regarding Police retirement packages, Katia Stack, DPW , Board of Education, etc.On a question regarding a Day Care Center ran by Mayor Brian Stack’s previous spouse Katia Stack, Mayor Stack wasn’t sure whether Day Care Center was a Federal Non-Profit or State Non-Profit.
