Union City got a jump on the Independence Day holiday with a downtown, Summit Avenue party filled with fun for the entire family on Wednesday night.
The four block extravaganza featured all sorts of amusement rides and bouncy houses for kids, along with music, dancing and food. There was cotton candy, popcorn and hot dogs and refreshments.
Hundreds of residents spent four hours enjoying themselves, as the city celebrated American’s 249th birthday.
