The Union City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 13-year old, Jonathan Ramos.
The Department posted this information on its Instagram account at 8:30 this morning:
Ramos is 5’08” tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has black eyes and black, shoulder length hair.
