The City of Hoboken will host a virtual community meeting this evening, March 15, at 6 p.m. related to the Hoboken Yard Redevelopment Project.
The purpose of this meeting is for LCOR, the City’s and NJ TRANSIT’s conditionally designated redeveloper, to provide an update regarding the proposed redevelopment project, including proposed public improvements and private development. The project totals 1.3 million square feet.
The public session is slated to include discussion on the project in its entirety and show renderings of each project element (including Hoboken Terminal, the ferry, the plaza space, the project’s residential component and the green spaces being created).
