The Mayor of West New York Felix Roque and the Board of Commissioners presents a tribute to the memory of the founder of the Republic Dominican Juan Pablo Duarte.

  1. It would have been nice to understand your speech. Do you think the Anglos are not interested in their Hispanic counterparts or don’t you care? Well, we are. They are our neighbors and friends. Mayor Roque, get your head out of your A.H. and start to recognize everyone. I know you speak English.

  2. I hate living in West New York. We don’t have any money for anything, but our criminal politicians can dedicate statues to foreign leaders pandering for votes.

At least my dog has something else to pee on now.
