West New York man arrested and facing charges after breaking into North Bergen Barber Shop last December

NORTH BERGEN – On March 5th at around 2:08 p.m. North Bergen Police Department arrested a West New York man who broke into Zone Barber Shop in North Bergen and broke all of their mirrors back in December of 2014, according to officials.

On December 13, 2014, Michael Francisco, 28 from 61st St in West New York, along with a 14-year-old male, allegedly broke the windows to Zone Barber Shop, located at 1111 62 St. and entered the establishment and broke all of the mirrors. The weapon used was a hammer and the total estimated value of damage was $8,000, according to police reports.

Francisco and the other male were identified through an investigation.

Francisco was charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Employing a Juvenile in the Commission of a Crime, Unlawful Possession of a weapon, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purposes, Conspiracy and 1 Failure to Appear warrant from West New York Municipal Court. His bail set at $30,000 by Judge Falcone.
