Roque, MD, who also serves as the Commissioner of Public Safety. “This was a harmonious collaboration between the West New York PBA, the Director of Public Safety, and the Town of West New York.”

“The group of officers that got promoted today not only do their job, they do it very well. They exemplify all that community is about, and they do a great job. They give back to the community, going above for the residents of West New York,” mentioned Director Robert Antolos. “In my 40 years on the job, we have never had as much support from the Mayor and Board of Commissioners as we do now thanks to the leadership of Mayor Roque.”

“I want to thank Mayor Roque and the Board of Commissioners, especially Commissioner Colacurcio along with Director Antolos for always supporting our Police Department. These guys deserved this promotion and I, along with the rest of the Police Department just wanted to say thank you for ensuring today happened,” said Thomas Mannion, President of the West New York PBA.

“The officers promoted are all homegrown, born and bred in the Town of West New York, they have all served for our Police Department and they do a great job, this was well deserved.” added Mayor Roque.
