1. On September 25th, at 05:33pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of County Road/New County Road for tinted windows, 30yo male from Newark NJ, Derick Pillay was arrested. Pillay was charged with Possession of CDS, specifically marijuana. Pillay was also said to be in possession of a prohibited weapon, an expanding black baton and was charged with Possession of a prohibited weapon. Pillay was also issued a motor vehicle summons for tinted windows. Pillay was processed and released on a summons.

2. On September 25th, at 08:18pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Bestbuy, a random inquiry revealed the operator of a motor vehicle was wanted. 41yo male from North Arlington NJ, Domingo Rivera was arrested for having an active warrant out of Lyndhurst in the amount of $250.00. Rivera’s bail was posted and he was released.

3. On September 26th, at 08:03pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1 Meadowlands Parkway for maintenance of lamps, 35yo male from Jersey City NJ, Doneill M. Nazzare was arrested. Nazzare was said to have an active warrant out of Jackson Township in the amount of $250.00. Nazzare’s bail was later posted and he was released with motor vehicle summonses consisting of maintenance of lamps and driving while suspended.

4. On September 27th, at 04:36pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 3 West for careless driving, 30yo male from Clifton NJ, Davis Vaquero was arrested. Vaquero was said to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, specifically a pipe used to inhale CDS. Vaquero was charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of drug paraphernalia. Vaquero was also issued motor vehicle summonses which included careless driving, unlicensed driver, driving while suspended, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Vaquero was processed and released on a summons.

5. On September 27th, at 09:37pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 130 County Avenue for obstruction of view, 20yo male from Rutherford NJ, Patrick A. Flores and Justin Maldonado were arrested. Flores was said to be in possession of marijuana. Flores also had an active warrant out of Union City in the amounts of $99.00. Flores was charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, he was also issued motor vehicle summonses for obstruction of windshield and possession of CDS while operating a motor vehicle. Maldonado, was said to have an active warrant out of Union City in the amount of $128.00. Flores’ bail was set at $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Flores’ bail was posted and he was released. Maldonado was also released after his bail was posted.

6. On September 28th, at 10:15am, Garfield PD had in their custody 42yo male from Garfield NJ, Heriberto Rivera. Rivera was said to have an active warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $1,000.00. Rivera was arrested and remanded to the Hudson County Jail.

7. On September 28th, at 07:40pm, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1161 Paterson Plank Road for careless driving, 23yo female from Bayonne NJ, Payton T. Micewicz was arrested. Micewicz was said to be in possession of marijuana and three pills believed to be Adderall. Micewicz, a passenger in the vehicle, was charged with two counts of Possession of CDS. Micewicz was released on a summons.

8. On September 29th, at 07:51, during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1285 Paterson Plank Road for maintenance of lamps, 54yo male from Jersey City NJ, Kevin J Klich was arrested. Klich, a passenger in the vehicle was charged with Hindering Apprehension after he provided a false name to Officers. Klich was said to have an active no bail warrant out of the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office. Klich had his bail set at $2,500.00 for the Hindering Apprehension charge and was subsequently remanded to the Hudson County Jail.

9.On October 1st, at 09:03am, Port Authority PD had in their custody 20yo male from Newark NJ, Alterique Stith. Stith was said to have an active warrant out of Secaucus in the amount of $155.00. Stith also had two active warrants out of Newark in the amount of $1,100.00 and an Elizabeth warrant in the amount of $250.00. Stith was remanded to the Hudson County Jail.
