Both ordinances passed unanimously.
The ordinance for the new recreation center provides for the acquisition of the land and preliminary expenses. It appropriates $5,557,550 with the issuance of $5,279,672 in bonds or notes to finance the project.
The second ordinance for the new library provides $7,100,000 in bond or notes for financing of the project.
