Secaucus Cancels July 4th Fireworks

For now, the annual Secaucus July 4th fireworks show has been cancelled.  Just another municipality in the Garden State to do so.

While the fireworks show will not light up the night sky on Independence Day, the town is hoping that fireworks can take place later in the summer.  Mayor Michael Gonnelli says plans are in the works to reschedule the show, possibly in August, although nothing is set as of now.
