The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey wants to know your opinion on the PATH system.  They currently have a customer feedback survey online.  Here’s your chance to make your feelings known about the Port Authority Trans-Hudson system.

PATH hopes you and your family are staying well during these challenging times. It is our top priority to understand and improve the customers’ experience. PATH is committed to maintaining reliable service levels ensuring PATH riders can get to their destinations during this unprecedented time.

As a PATH Customer, I hope you can provide some feedback about your experience on PATH through a quick 3-5 minute anonymous survey. Your feedback will be vital to improving and changing the PATH system.
Reminder to the traveling public, face coverings are required for anyone using Port Authority facilities to help protect fellow passengers and employees from the spread of COVID-19, including PATH trains and stations; the World Trade Center transportation hub; the Midtown Bus Terminal and George Washington Bridge Bus Station; the Port Authority’s airports and on AirTrain.
