Ridgefield Announces Shaler Blvd. Construction Delays & Closures

The Ridgefield Police Department has announced the following construction schedule for Shaler Boulevard:

From Monday, October 5 through Saturday, October 10, from 7am to 7pm, Shaler Blvd. between Edgewater Ave. and Banta Pl. will be shut down in either direction, and some days both directions, due to underground piping being installed across the roadway. Expect delays.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         You can use either Walnut Street to Banta Place or Abbot Avenue to Banta Place as detours to get around the construction when either northbound or southbound Shaler Blvd. direction, or both directions, are closed.
