Flag-Raising Ceremony for Bayonne’s Buddy Baseball Program
The City of Bayonne held a flag-raising ceremony to publicize the 2021 Buddy Baseball season, which will be the program’s sixth. Buddy Baseball is a program of baseball and softball for youngsters with special needs.
The registration deadline is April 1. More than 100 players are expected to participate. On Opening Day, May 15, there will be a small parade, a participants’ breakfast, and three games. The Bayonne Recreation Division runs Buddy Baseball.
