Congressman Pascrell Tests Positive for COVID

9th District Congressman Bill Pascrell tweeted earlier this afternoon that he has tested positive for COVID.  Part of his tweet read:

“I am fully vaccinated and boosted. Blessedly my symptoms are mild. I’m working from home. Omicron spreads like wildfire. Get vaxxed and boosted — these shots are the *only* reason my case is mild.”

The soon to be 85-year old, veteran Congressman added, “Don’t worry about me: get your shots!”
