Bergen County Prosecutor: Hoboken Bar Owner Charged With Possession & Distribution of Child Porn

Photo Credit: Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office                                                                                                                                                                                  Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced Thursday that 62-year old, Fairview resident John Tucceri has been charged with two counts, one for second degree child pornography distribution and one for third degree possession of child pornography.  The Daily Voice was first to report the news.

Tucceri’s family owns the 8th Street Tavern in Hoboken.

                                                                          Photo Credit: hoboken-bars.com                                                                                                                                                                                                            Musella says the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit conducted a December 15 raid of Tucceri’s Bergen County home.  The investigation, which had gone on for several months, revealed Tucceri viewed internet photos of naked, prepubescent children, some of which were sexually explicit, which he downloaded and distributed.

Prosecutor Musella thanked both the Lyndhurst and Fairview Police Departments, as well as the Sheriff’s Department in Bergen County, for their assistance in the investigation.  All of the agencies participate in the Cyber Crimes Unit.
