Due to this morning’s rainy weather, the Alzheimer’s New Jersey Walk to Fight Alzheimer’s Disease at Liberty State Park in Jersey City is being moved indoors to the historic Liberty State Park Railroad Terminal (1 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City).  The event begins at 8:30 this morning.

Bring family and friends – the more the merrier! Come, and enjoy the music, refreshments, door prizes, and a performance by the Nimbus Junior Youth Ensemble dancers. Visit with some special pet therapy dogs on site. Pick up your FREE drawstring backpack – and get your event t-shirt if you have raised at least $50 for the Walk. Don’t let the weather keep you away!

The schedule remains the same with registration starting at 8:30 am, followed by an opening ceremony at 9:30 am, and you can still walk if weather permits.

Parking Lot 9 at the end of Audrey Zapp Road by the Terminal is available until it reaches capacity.
