22-year old, Bayonne resident Julian M. Perez Pareja of Avenue C has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a juvenile on December 20, 2023. According to Police Captain Eric Amato, Officers were dispatched to the victim’s home near East 4th Street and Lord Avenue at 8:36 pm.
A search of the area did not locate a suspect. A follow up investigation by the Bayonne Detective Bureau led to the identification of Pareja as the alleged actor. He was subsequently apprehended without incident earlier today on the 300 block of Avenue C.
He has been charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
