Stress has become an increasingly prevalent issue in our lives, particularly in the wake of the pandemic. To address this concern, the Larry Wainstein Family Foundation, in partnership with UHealthy Solutions, is hosting a stress management seminar led by health expert Paula Valenzuela. The event will take place on February 28 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1201 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen.
