UPS is gearing up to host a job fair at its new Bayonne facility, offering a range of employment opportunities for job seekers in the area. The event, scheduled for Friday, June 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., will take place at the UPS Employment Center, located on the left side of the parking lot at 400 Port Lincoln Road, Bayonne, NJ.
Mayor Jimmy Davis expressed his excitement about the job fair, stating, “It is great news that UPS is creating more jobs at its Bayonne facility. We are happy to work with UPS again to promote employment opportunities in our community.”
UPS invites interested candidates to register for appointments using the Registration Form Link at https://forms.office.com/r/sVpEWRkSQr. Walk-in candidates are also welcome to attend the job fair.
The company offers competitive pay and benefits for its employees. New UPS delivery drivers start at $23/hr, with the potential to reach $49/hr and earn approximately $170K annually in pay and benefits after four years of experience. Part-time package handlers start at $21/hr, with a total rewards package that includes paid time off and a generous pension.
