Some disturbing news coming out of Kearny.  Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reports that on Monday, December 16, 2024, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested a 43-year-old man following a child sex abuse material investigation.

Kearny resident David Bradow has been charged with one count of possession of child sex abuse material, a crime of the second degree.  Bradow was arrested at his residence and is being detained at the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.

Suarez says that the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received two cyber tips in August, 2024 regarding child sex abuse material being stored on online servers.  The investigation discovered more than 1,000 files of child sex abuse material had been uploaded by the defendant.

Anyone wishing to report a sex crime should call the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit (SVU) at 201-915-1234.

The above against Bradow is merely and accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
