Hoboken Schedules Memorial Day Parade For This Saturday

The Hoboken Memorial Day Parade will step off at First and Washington Street this coming Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m.
The parade, a partnership between the City, the Hoboken Division of Cultural Affairs, the Hoboken Historical Museum, American Legion Post 107, and the Hoboken Business Alliance is anticipated to be the largest parade in Hoboken’s history.
American Legion Post 107 member Joe Truglio will lead the parade, which will feature local themed floats carrying veterans and dignitaries, bands including the 63rd Army Band, the Hawthorne Caballeros, and the Rockin’ Redwings, professional entertainers including Zach Alexander, Charlie Lopez Band and Fred Lehotay & the Ragtimers, Hoboken public safety divisions, and much more.
Residents and visitors alike are encouraged to line Washington Street from First Street to 11th Street, bring their families, and participate in honoring the nation’s history and those who have served. The reviewing stand will be located at 11th Street.

Please note, all end times are approximate and subject to change.  NJ Transit buses will operate on an alternate route during the parade using Willow Avenue and Clinton Street.
Temporary No Parking Signs will be posted. Please do not park in these areas.
