6th graders from Weehawken’s Roosevelt School received awards as part of Monday’s moving up ceremony at Weehawken High School.
The event was held to help prepare the graduates for 7th grade, which will take place in September in a new building for the students; Weehawken High School.
Approximately 75 students are graduating from Roosevelt School’s 6th grade. Each of the students received a certificate for graduating, while numerous students received extra recognition for various reasons.
