A Bayonne Board of Education Trustee since he was appointed in 2015, longtime city activist Denis Wilbeck has announced he will run for an At Large Council seat in the May 10 municipal election. Wilbeck is a lifelong resident of the Peninsula City.
Prior to joining the BOE, where he has been re-elected several times, Wilbeck ran for numerous political offices, including City Council in 2010, and County Freeholder in 2008.
