La policía de Baiona arrestó a un hombre de Nueva York por robo de agosto

Bayonne Police have apprehended a New York man identified as the suspect wanted in an August 19th burglary.  According to Captain Eric Amato, 39-year old Timothy Scott of 155th Street in Jamaica, New York, was taken into custody at 10:15 am on Wednesday on a warrant issued for his arrest.

Captain Amato says Scott was identified as the actor in the August incident, which was captured on a home surveillance camera, according to the female home owner.  The woman says Scott was seen on video entering a parked car owned by the victim’s father.

Amato says Scott, who removed several items from the vehicle, had been arrested earlier that day for burglarizing another vehicle.  Amato says Scott was found to be in possession of the items removed from the second burglary.

Scott has been charged with burglary and theft.
