Una mujer de Bayona secuestrada el viernes, encontrada con el agresor en el hotel Newark

A Bayonne woman who was abducted by an armed assailant at the 7-Eleven on Eighth Street at approximately 9 o’clock on Friday morning, was found with her captor in a Newark hotel room.

According to Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose, the woman, whose identity was not revealed, was located by Police, along with 30-year old Dominick Carpio, who was placed under arrest, at the Rivera Hotel, located at 169 Clinton Avenue.

Newark Police say the woman knows Carpio.  A loaded gun and approximately seven grams of crack cocaine were retrieved.  27 empty glass vials, plus a scale, were also recovered from the hotel room.
