Due to the urgent need for blood at New Jersey Blood Services, a blood drive has been scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, August 31 at the Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City. The event will take place between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, federal guidelines and social distancing will be enforced. Anyone wishing to donate blood is asked to register in advance online, although if capacity permits, walk-ins will be allowed. You must wear a mask and you will have your temperature taken upon arrival. If you have recovered from the coronavirus, you must be symptom-free for the past 14 days.
When you arrive at the mall, you should enter through the Kohls lobby at 30 Mall Drive West.
