"Cheers and Smiles All Around: North Bergen's Magical Christmas Party!"

Everywhere you looked, there were smiles on the faces of children and their parents, as  North Bergen held its township Christmas Party at the Recreation Center on Saturday morning.

Every child received a toy, and some were lucky enough to win a raffle and they got bicycles and other gifts.

              Disney characters were on hand, as were Santa and Mrs. Claus…the perfect subjects for parents to snap photos of their kids.  Santa drew the biggest cheers as he usually does.

              The Recreation Department went all out once again, decorating the Rec Center perfectly, with a white balloon igloo set in front of a winter wonderland mountain scene.

            Mayor Nicholas Sacco and Parks Commissioner Hugo Cabrera praised the efforts of all of the volunteers who made the day possible.
