CLIFTON MAN INDICTED ON TERRORISTIC THREAT CHARGES IN CONNECTION TO THREATS MADE TO PATERSON POLICE CHIEF
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes announces that Stefan Keco, age 29, of Clifton, New Jersey, has been indicted on two counts of terroristic threats for sending threatening text messages to Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora.
A Passaic County Grand Jury has returned Indictment No. 21-03-00087-I, charging Stefan Keco with two counts of Terroristic Threats, a crime of the third degree.
The Honorable Joseph A. Portelli, J.S.C., previously granted the State’s motion for the pretrial detention of the defendant. Mr. Keco’s case is scheduled for an arraignment conference on March 22, 2021 before the Honorable Sohail Mohammed, J.S.C.
Third degree Terroristic Threats carries a maximum term of five years to be served in New Jersey State Prison.
