E-Filing Suspended in Hudson County Until April 6

As you know the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) has made it necessary to prepare and plan for a variety of different outcomes. In light of this I strongly urge you to consider contracting with one of the three e-filing vendors who serve this office to ensure the recording of your documents.


Please be advised as of March 30, 2020, we will be suspending all e-filing until April 6, 2020, at that time our hours of operation will be 8:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday eastern standard time. Our recordings will be done in the order received.
