The Borough of East Newark is reminding its residents that if they own a car, they must apply for a 2023 parking permit. All parking permits issued prior to this year are INVALID.
Any vehicle parked without a 2023 permit will be issued a summons.
To obtain a 2023 East Newark Parking Permit, residents must provide a driver’s license, registration and insurance card. New permits are available at Borough Hall, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
Borough Hall is located at 34 Sherman Avenue.
