East Newark’s senior citizen population finally has their community center back. After 16 months of closure due to the COVID pandemic, the senior center opened its doors once again on Monday, and that was great news for the seniors, the center’s staff, and of course Mayor Dina Grilo.
The center may not be the biggest in Hudson County, but it is certainly appreciated by East Newark’s senior population.
