The East Newark Department of Public Works began removing snow from Central Avenue on Friday night, and the process will continue today, Saturday, December 19. The Police Department will be making rolling announcements, so it is asking residents to be prepared to move your vehicles when the snow removal trucks arrive at your street.
Snow removal will take place, beginning at 8 o’clock this morning on the following streets:
- Davis
- N. Third
- N. Second
- John
Then, beginning at 2 o’clock this afternoon, snow will be removed from these streets:
