The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office confirms that a fatal shooting occurred around 11 o’clock on Sunday night, June 21, 2026 near the Mews Condominium complex on Paterson Plank Road in North Bergen.
The murder reportedly took place in the parking lot. The victim is a male, whose identity has not yet been announced.
As of 8 o’clock this morning, neither the Prosecutor’s Office or the North Bergen Police Department have released a motive for the shooting. The Homicide Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office and the NBPD are continuing the investigation.
