Funeral arrangements have been announced for former West New York Board of Education Trustee and past Commission Candidate Ronald Scheurle, who passed away on Saturday.
West New York Republican Committeeman Frank Miqueli posted on Facebook over the weekend, “It’s with great sadness to inform everyone on the passing of Ronald Scheurle. Ron truly loved and cared about people. He served our community in many ways. As a funeral director servicing all of Hudson and Bergen County; as a coach in children sports ; supporting the veterans through the Knights of Columbus; teachers and students. His passion as a local Republican politician is what drove him to keep the best interest for the people and stand up for what he believed was right.”
Visitation will take place tomorrow, Thursday, March 10 between 4 and 8 pm at the Charles W. Scheurle Funeral Home, located at 6119 Tyler Place in town.
