Guttenberg Holds A Police Promotion & Swearing-In Ceremony

The Guttenberg Police Department welcomed eight new officers, and promoted three during a ceremony on Monday in the Gerald R. Drascheff Community Center on Monday.
The vent was attended by family members, friends and fellow members of the Department.
The following police officers received promotions during the ceremony:
1. Lieutenant Frank Pelaez was promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police.
2. Sergeant Steven Diaz was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
3. Detective Patrick Giannini was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
In addition to the promotions, the following three police officers and eight special law enforcement officers were sworn in:
1. Police Officer Frank Dubicki Jr
2. Police Officer Jhon Gutierrez
3. Police Officer Elias Pianto
4. Special Law Enforcement Officer II Kamil Lis
5. Special Law Enforcement Officer I Andy Reynoso
6. Special Law Enforcement Officer I Favio Cruz
7. Special Law Enforcement Officer I Xavier Delgado
8. Special Law Enforcement Officer I Dariel Vialet
