With a food giveaway already set for tomorrow in Harrison, Mayor James Fife and the Town Council have announced a second food giveaway distribution for this coming Saturday, January 13th. Co-sponsored with Holy Cross Church, Saturday’s event will take place from 9:30 – 11:30 am in the Harrison High School parking lot.
The event is first come, first serve. Residents are asked to bring their own bags or shopping cart.
This will be the second food distribution in Harrison this week. Tuesday’s event was postponed until tomorrow due to the storm. It will take place from 1 until 4 pm at the Elks Lodge.
