Harrison families struggling to put enough food on their tables are invited to participate in a community food distribution this Saturday, May 11th. The event will take place between 9:30 am and 11:30 am at a new location, the Washington Middle School located at 1 North 5th Street.
The event is co-sponsored with Holy Cross Church and Mayor James Fife and the Harrison Town Council.
Food will be distributed to Harrison residents on a first come, first served basis. Residents are asked to bring their own shopping carts.
