The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office encourages the public to register for tomorrow’s virtual meeting on Extreme Risk Protection Orders. The meeting begins at 5 pm and will run for one hour.
An ERPO may be filed against a person who is an immediate and present danger to themselves or others. The individual owns, possesses, receives, purchases, or has custody or control of a firearm.
