The Hoboken Health Department recommends getting a COVID-19 test at least 5-7 days after a potential exposure, as testing before that time period could lead to an inaccurate result. Individuals with symptoms do not need to wait the 5-7 days to get a test.

PCR testing through Prompt MD and Medicine Man Pharmacy utilizes Star Labs. If tested through these two providers and results have not been received through email after 72 hours, please email testresults@starlabs.org. You can also call Star Labs at 732-529-5100, and if those two options do not yield results, you can email testing@hobokennj.gov and the Hoboken Health Department can follow up with the lab.

Residents are asked to please check junk folders in email for results as well.
