Hoboken has always been known as an arts community.  The city is home to all types of artisans and studio workshops.  Whether it’s woodworking, painting, glass blowing, you name it, you can most likely find it in the hundreds of studios all across the Mile Square City.

Well, Hoboken has launched an online, public survey to gain community input for the creation of a Public Art Plan.

The plan will serve as a guiding document for the implementation of future public art installations providing the city will clear guidance for the development, improvement, and enhancement of the city’s public art inventory.

To take the online survey, go to hobokennj.gov/public-art-plan-survey. The survey is scheduled to close on Friday, July 7, at 6 p.m.
