HOBOKEN — The City of Hoboken on Sunday asked residents to avoid the 500 block of Garden Street, saying police were conducting an active investigation there after a reported disturbance.
Hoboken police responded to reports of a disturbance on the block at about 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, the city said in an update posted on X at 10:02 a.m. Because it is an active investigation, residents are advised to avoid the area, the city said.
