HOBOKEN — Hoboken police are looking to contact a man shown in surveillance stills in connection with a simple assault and criminal mischief investigation. The Hoboken Police Department said the simple assault occurred on Sept. 15 at 9:38 p.m. near 4th and Hudson St. It said vandalism of cars occurred in locations throughout Hoboken.
Police have not named the man. In a Sept. 17 post, the department asked: “Do you know this man?”
Description released by police
Hoboken police described the man as a tall white male with black hair, wearing an olive-green shirt with text on the front, dark blue sweatpants, and light-colored sneakers.

Police said they are seeking to contact the man. They have not said he has been arrested or charged.
