Hoboken Spring Fling 2023: Join the Community for a Day of Service

Hoboken, NJ – The City of Hoboken is excited to announce the 6th annual Spring Fling, a community-wide day of service dedicated to cleaning up parks and public spaces. The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Spring Fling is an opportunity for Hoboken residents, businesses, and community groups to come together and work on hands-on, high-visibility service projects. Some of the projects planned for the day include cleaning up beaches, streets, parks, and other public properties, weeding, planting, or mulching public areas, and painting benches, railings, or other public amenities.

Individuals and teams can register for the event by completing a form before May 19, 2023. Volunteers of all ages are welcome, but those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Teams can range in size from 2 – 10 people, and the more volunteers that participate, the greater the impact.

The City of Hoboken Department of Environmental Services and Green Team are organizing the Spring Fling event and will notify volunteers of their assigned project and location via email on May 26, 2023.

This is an excellent opportunity for Hoboken residents to give back to their community and contribute to keeping their public spaces clean and beautiful. So mark your calendars, gather your teams, and register now to be a part of the 6th annual Hoboken Spring Fling.
