Hoboken To Institute Temporary Parking Regulations Saturday – Sunday

Temporary Parking Modifications on Saturday

The Hoboken Police Department and Hoboken Parking Utility will be implementing temporary changes to curbside parking regulations on several downtown blocks to improve public safety on Saturday, March 5.

Beginning at 8 a.m. TOMORROW, Saturday, March 5 and continuing through 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 6, the following curbside parking zones will be temporarily reserved for deliveries and passenger pick up/drop-off only

  • Newark Street (north side) from River Street to Washington Street
  • 1st Street (both sides) from Hudson Street to Bloomfield Street
  • Washington Street (east side) from 1st Street to 3rd Street
  • Hudson Street (both sides) from 2nd Street to Observer Highway
  • River Street (both sides) from Hudson Place to 1st Street
  • Sinatra Drive (west side) from 1st Street to 4th Street

Temporary No Parking signs have been posted throughout the above areas to identify the areas reserved for passenger pick up/drop-off and deliveries only. Unless otherwise posted, these temporary parking changes will expire at 2 a.m. on March 6 and then revert to the permanent regulations posted on each block.
