A Hoboken woman who was arrested and charged with voter fraud in connection to the 2013 Frank Raia’s campaign has been arrested again after allegedly vandalizing multiple cars and an apartment, Hoboken Police says.
Lizaida Camis 57 y/o Female from Hoboken, NJ was arrested on March 6, 2020 at the 300 block of Marshal Drive and charged with 9 Counts of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct, Hoboken police said.
According to the report, At 8:44 AM, Officer Jonathan Lyons and Officer Frank Francolino were dispatched to a parking lot in the area of 300 Harrison Street. They responded on a reported vandalism to auto. They met up with the victim and she reported scratch marks all around her vehicle and two flat front tires. Information was taken for a report. At 9:20 AM, Officer Jonathan Lyons and Officer Frank Francolino were dispatched a second time to the same location for the same type of report. The female victim also had scratches around her vehicle and one flat tire. While on scene, three more victims approached the officers to report their vehicles were also vandalized. A sixth victim approached the officers and reported her ground floor apartment door was also vandalized. Officers were then directed by a Hoboken Housing Authority employee to a second parking lot in the area of 300 Marshall Drive. Officers discovered three more vehicles vandalized. Sergeant David Olivera arrived on scene and assisted with the investigation. Through their investigation, they identified Lizaida Camis as the actor in the vandalism. Camis was located and arrested at 10:58 AM. Camis was charged with 9 Counts of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. Camis charges went on a summons and she was released with a court date.
Defendant is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
