Hoboken Zoning Office Closed For Construction, Business Continues

Hoboken Zoning Office Closed Due to Emergency Construction

Beginning Monday, July 19, the Zoning Office in Hoboken City Hall will be closed for emergency construction. Work is expected to take approximately 2 weeks and is anticipated to reopen on or about August 3.  All applications and supporting documents can continue to be submitted and received by the City via the on-line portal at: https://hoboken.seamlessdocs.com/f/zoning_application or by going to the City’s web site, www.hobokennj.gov, click the ‘FORMS’ tab across the top, go to ‘Zoning Application’ in the alphabetical list.  Applications for Sidewalk Cafes, Parklets and StrEATERIES can also be found under ‘FORM’ on the City’s web site.

For inspection, please call the office and leave a message.  Messages will be checked daily and someone will contact you to schedule an appointment.  All other calls will be returned when the office re-opens.
