Hoboken’s City Hall Conference Room Opens Saturday For Early Voting

In-Person Early Voting Begins This Saturday, October 23

In-person early voting begins this Saturday, Oct. 23, at 10 a.m. This new option allows registered voters to cast their ballot in person, using a voting machine, during a nine-day period prior to Election Day at a time convenient for their schedule.

Hoboken City Hall’s first-floor conference room is the City’s early voting location. The early voting location will be open from Saturday, Oct. 23, through Sunday, Oct. 31. It will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Voters should enter City Hall on Newark Street.

Voters can cast their ballot in any designated early voting location in Hudson County and not just at the designated Hoboken location. Please keep in mind; this is ONLY applicable to early voting. On Election Day, in-person voting can only occur at a voter’s normal polling location in their ward and district.

This year, the ballot includes races for Governor, State Senate, State Assembly, Hoboken Mayor, Hoboken City Council, and Hoboken Board of Education. Voters can choose up to three candidates for At-large Hoboken City Council seats and up to three candidates for the Hoboken Board of Education.
