Un hombre sin hogar detenido por la policía de Baiona por robar en una tienda de CVS

A 30-year old homeless man was taken into custody by Bayonne Police at a minute before 2 on Friday afternoon in the area of 34th Street and Avenue E.  According to Police Captain Eric Amato, John Rusch after taking $215.82 worth of stolen merchandise from the CVS at 18 Goldsborough Drive.

Amato says Rusch was found to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia and other items.  He has been charged with shoplifting and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.
