Towns throughout Hudson County held remembrance ceremonies on Sunday, as Americans reflected on the terrorist attacks of 21 years ago. In North Bergen, at the southern tip of James J. Braddock Park atop the Palisades, a new, September 11 memorial was dedicated by County officials.
