On May 17th, at approximately 11:26 p.m., two police vehicles were involved in a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Communipaw Ave and Mallory Ave. All three occupants were taken to the Jersey City Medical Center where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries and released.
The JCPD is conducting a joint investigation with the Hudson County Regional Fatal Collision Unit as is standard policy when a city vehicle is involved. No criminality is suspected at this point.
